We stayed for two days during the November break. It is located in a great, central location. There is no parking lot, but we parked in empty spaces on the roadside in front of it. You can go to many historical places by walking (Selimiye, Three Balconies Mosque, even the synagogue, etc.). The building is a very old building. It has been restored but still not enough. The room is very small, the windows do not close completely, the bathroom (nor the toilet) has no ventilation. Let's hope these are physical impossibilities. But there were quilts on the beds. As you know, when it was winter and the windows were not fully closed, the room was cold. We asked for a blanket, but there were none, there were quilts under the bed, but they did not have linens or anything. Towels were very old and did not seem clean enough. The double bed was very comfortable. The single personality had collapsed. We stayed in a triple room for 750 lira. I wish the price would be increased if necessary, but the service would be better. This should not be what the state deems worthy of its own personnel. Of course, wearing a duvet cover must have something to do with the employees rather than the state. Still, when we opened the window, we spent two beautiful days in the shadow of the mosque.
I stayed for 2 nights for the congress. Civilians can stay. If you are not a public employee, the single room fee is 650 TL. 500 TL for public personnel. I chose it because it was in the city center and close to historical buildings.
A historical and old building. I would say it is small. I made a reservation 1 week in advance. The staff was very kind.
Physical conditions were only sufficient for a night's stay. Apart from that, it is not enough to spend time in the room. The rooms are quite small. There is no ventilation in the bathroom. Hot water was available and heating was adequate. It is a place that can be preferred by those who stay in the center for short trips. There is only accommodation available. You have to meet your needs from outside for food and breakfast.
The price of a triple room for public personnel is 750 TL, reservations can be made by calling 10 days in advance, it is one of the best places to stay for this price, there is no elevator, in the city center.
Not bad, suitable for those who like old buildings, welcoming, nice, clean, but there is no parking space for your car, you park where you find it, in a street in the center of Edirne's narrow streets, suitable for short-term accommodation...
The friendliness of people is very nice from the moment you enter the door. you feel safe. But there is something like this: If you are coming to Edirne, I would definitely recommend you to stay in a place with air conditioning. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and this is incredibly difficult. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep until the morning, and there is no food service on site. It has 7 rooms, I stayed in room 6, I had the worst night of my life. But mine is an evaluation within myself. Maybe you will like it very much. But as I said, it is impossible to withstand the heat. Be sure to take a fan with you. And let me add this. You open the window to sleep until the morning, but it becomes impossible for you to sleep due to the sounds of seagulls, cats, dogs and roosters. I never recommend staying at night, especially on a summer night.
The building is in a very nice place in terms of history and location, close to everywhere. We liked it very much. There is no air conditioning, but when you open the windows there is a breeze and it is enough, there are fly screens on the windows. And the view is beautiful. Beds are clean and comfortable. We just had a hard time finding parking, but I didn't have much of a problem.
First of all, there are 2 police stations in Edirne. We did not know about them and made a reservation at the historical one. The building is an old, historical, beautiful building. It is located right next to the historical mosque with 3 …
Unfortunately, I found minimal disrespect in a place where I went for simplicity and peace.
The location and cleanliness were good, suitable for a short stay. The cafe's location and prices were also affordable.
As someone who has stayed in police houses before, I can say that I have never encountered such a neglected and careless guesthouse. The building does not have its own dining hall, the only good thing is that it is in the center. …
